Urgent Care Association of America - Governance
One of the cornerstones of the Urgent Care
Association of America is our democratic governance. The
leadership of the Association is made up of a Board of Directors
elected by the Association's members annually, and these leaders
chart the direction of the organization on behalf of the membership. To

Urgent Care Association of America -
Board Elections
A new class of Directors is elected
annually during the Association's Business Meeting held at
the Annual Conference. Each Director serves at three-year
term, and can serve up to two consecutive terms. Board
Officers are elected by the Directors.
Notificiation for call for nominees are sent approximately 2 months prior to the election by mail to all UCAOA members.
Nominations for new Directors are made by the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors. To recommend a current member for a 2009/2010 Director
position, please contact the Executive Director for instructions.
Next Election is April, 2009 in Las Vegas. All elections take place during the Annual Membership Meetings.
